– If possible, get witnesses information, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers.

– Do not post anything regarding your accident on any social media website.

– Please write down the date and hours you missed from work.

– Do not talk about your accident with anyone except this office!

– Be very careful when you talk to any insurance company adjuster, including your own insurance adjuster!

– Remember to pick up a business card from all of your medical providers.

– If you need time off work because of your injuries, please ask your doctor first to take you off work!
